First thing we'll do is help get your home ready to list. From prepping it for photos to listing it on the MLS, we'll walk you through every step.
Once listed, we'll be reaching out to contacts, host showings, and share your listing on social media to begin to receive offers from potential buyers.
After an offer is received, we'll help walk you through the negotiation process, inspection, and final signing at the title company.
